Hijikata Mamoru is a blind swordsman. He was in the manga protagnis "Until death do us part". Hijikata mamoru modern swordsman, the sword which he made use of high technology, resulting in strength and incredible sharpness. Like most blind swordsman, Hijikata mamoru's sword is also designed as a pointer in the way of the blind.
Hijikata was initially not blind, but because of an incident in his mission he suffered wound in his eyes so he become blind. With high technology created by his partner, Hijikata mamoru can see again, though not as before. He saw form of the visual graphics, it makes it more powerful swordsman, with computer technology, he could see the whole area around it, in the dark Hijikata is also able to see well.
Although Hijikata mamoru man blind but in fact he was not totally blind.
